First Drawing is a beauty ! nice colors and figure is great too. I think your style is little different than our other artists here. You use slim-tall body type it seems.

BTW - If you have a problem about your website or domain name post in our webmasters section I'm happy to help you.  :)

Yes, I do love the slim kind of look. XD I draw influence from my favorite manga and anime, and a lot of my stylistic stuff lately has come from Revolutionary Girl: Utena... Which has a similar style of proportioning.

Though I think my domain problems are mostly my host having issues. It happens now and again.

Thank you all for your comments, though! XD I'll have to dig through my other computer for some more artwork to post later, when I start it up to scan in the booklet for a CD I just got.

My host is Angeltowns, and it's a paid service. If I still can't get anything to load tonight I'm sending them an e-mail, they're always really great about fixing my problems. I've used them for various websites for the last four years, and they've never taken more than 24 hours to get any issues resolved.

Last December we had soo many problems with hosting and finally in Jan we settled with a Good hosting provider.

how much traffic you get for your website ? Do you know the reason for downtime ?

I don't get much traffic aside from random people who wish to see my art and potential employers (my website is an online portfolio). Aside from that, I have 5 gigs of space and unlimited bandwith, so server outage due to overuse is not a likely cause.

in that case you can use a Free host like www.frihost.com. I use them for my other sites. you get 250 MB space and 10 GB bandwidth No ads. in return only has to be active in their forum just like one post per day. I have used them for like 2 years and only twice had downtime.

These days you can find every resource free online. Just need to know where to look. If you don't use Cpanel then Godaddy would be the best paid host. No downtime at all.

I'm not fond of frihost. I used to be a member there... In fact, that's how I came to be here. Someone saw my art there and sent me an e-mail saying I should come here. XD

But yeah, I'd rather pay for the service than have the ultimatum "make our forums seem more popular". Something about that setup always rubbed me the wrong way, I just did it because my sister wanted a second account there and I'm too nice to say "no".

lol. you are right but for a full time webmaster its a different story. For many none avoidable reasons we need several hosting providers host our sites. when you have more and one site and you earn from them its totally different game plan. I'm not going to talk more about it here since this is your arts thread and these stuff are off topic. webmasters section is the place for that.
