Well at least i could say I've seen it and I'd say there's some work to be done. Its just how bad you want to be an artist and how hard your willing to work.

Good start though. If i am to produce anything artistic it might be a poorly drawn pizza slice and that would be starting point.

it looks like the image you posted has lost permissions, to share an image more permanently you'll have to upload to an image sharing site which supports forum use, such as Imgur, and use the "bbcode" sharing option for posting on the forum.
