you could report the topic to a moderator and give the reason and they can probably delete it. At the bottom right of each post there is a "Report to moderator" link.
alternatively you can edit the post content to be "deleted - ignore" or something similar.

Yeah. Only mods have deletion power. I can always wipe a topic out if you want, but usually if others have already posted in it that will just get a lock.

Hasith is our admin and co-founder. He doesn't post much these days but does check in.

You can ask him, but if the account is disabled, I believe your post text will still be here, but there will be no name or personal data connected to it.
