nice face! pretty balanced proportions too. good job.
hard to point out mistakes with a single artwork, especially just a face.
I would say rather than highlighting mistakes I'll give some advice - try and draw a whole person, or a whole page of faces. Most skill comes through experience, which comes through practice. So the more you do, the better you will get.

I have to agree on the balanced proportions. Not bad at all. Solid start :)
Line weight is something you could look into, to see some fast improvements :)
