Working UPS definitely does burn calories, I can agree with that. x'D

TBH, the pushups, situps, and squats aren't much. It's the 10 km run that will wear your body out fast.
I'm back~~~

In one hour, I will go to my first sports session of the year!
I hope to keep my motivation steady (and to not catch the cold that so many of my students have currently T__T)

I started sports again! I had the help from an instructor who made a special program specially for me! It will help me to improve my back hips and abdomen muscles.
He taught me how to use the machines and which movements to make. ^o^

Problem is that my cold became a full bronchitis today: no sports for some days for me. T___________T

Don't let it get you down. It's important to hop right back in once you can. I recall reading once that it takes 7 weeks of doing something to form a habit, so make sure to get back on it and stay on it!

When you're sick you can still exercise as long as you're not sick enough to keep you in bed all day, just lower the intensity a bit.  Like instead of jogging you can walk a little above normal speed.

I had tp wait some days because of the fever, the coughing, sniffing and tiredness but I'm impatient to go back!
The program has lots of varied exercices and machines. I loved the ones I tried to far!

The same thing happened to me last week. The weather here goes from 10 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit day to day so it's tough not getting sick.

You've gotta take care of your health before working out. =D

So how is everyone holding up on this front? I haven't faltered in my routine after 4 weeks (discounting the night I missed because I was at work super late). So far I'm down 8 pounds and a belt size. Which puts me back at my normal weight and undoes the damage done over 2017 when I basically stopped working out, weighing in, or watching what I ate.

8 Pounds is good, was that since last post?

I've lost 3 pounds this year, which means I'm halfway through my overall goal of losing 50 pounds from 2017-July  8) My exercise has been hampered by frost and light snow, so I can't go out much

8 pounds was over 4 weeks of diet and working out. Which leaves me 10 pounds off from my goal of 190, which accounts for also putting some muscle on. Given my height and build, I'm pretty thin at 190.

So holy *censored*. Not to jinx myself, but I think I reached some sort of tipping point with my body's fat burning efficiency. I ate, like really bad last week vs how I've been eating since starting the diet (I ate like, 1500 calories of taco Bell one night even), but somehow I lost another 3 pounds.

I'm like, 2/3rds of the way to my weight loss goal for the year, and it's not even the end of February yet. I'm going to have to reevaluate my goals I think. Maybe I'll push down to 180?

(triple post, but whatever. I'm trying to hear back from y'all)

So I've officially hit my weight loss goal for the year plus one pound. Time to go out and order all of the KC BBQ I can get my hands on tonight. It's weird, but only this morning did I recognize I basically have shaved off all the weight I've gained for the last five years or so. My average weight just kept climbing, but it's been like I've hit a reset button. Feels good man. I'm light on my feet.
