Thats so unfair, is there an alternative to MS5 where I keep the software I buy?

For real, though. Try one of the free drawing programs like Firealpaca before investing in Manga Studio. There's plenty of  online support for making sure your tablet is compatible, and you're more than likely to need a good amount of time getting used to drawing digitally.

Well it depends on what kind of art you wanna do...  if you want to draw manga then you can use Sai, Photoshop, Manga Studio, Illustrator off the top of my head...  Even Paint works well too

If you plan to go into a professional art that isn't quite manga related but maybe something like League of Legends splash art then you would go for Photoshop since it is pretty much used by everyone in the industry

Illustrator is more for logos because it is a vector based but i've seen some good manga pages made from it.  By logos i mean like company logos because you can enlarge the picture as much as you want and still get the same quality line (like on billboards).

I hear alot about Sai but i haven't really looked too much into it because i have Manga Studio.

Also according to http://forum.runtimedna.com/showthread.php?82397-How-many-Computers&highlight=manga+install you can install on 2 computers with 1 license
