Robin's Art
« on: August 09, 2014, 01:46:05 AM »
Well, here's my little corner that I'll be filling up with some of my more recent artwork.

For my third try at drawing something chibi I think it turned out pretty well.

That's a cute chibi drawing! Simple but adorable.

I think though, the paws are a little on the small side.
No one is perfect . . . that's why there's erasers and extra paper.

Thanks Echo. I didn't even think about the paw size, I was more concerned with getting the toes right... aw well, I'll try it next time.

No I was in a hurry to reply so I wrote something brief.
On the upside I really like the wolf its very simple  but effective.  ;)

To Crow
Thank you. I think it took me a few hours, mostly changing the pose and trying to decide how to color it. I tried shading it a couple of times but in the end I just left it white.

To Roshon
Yeah I figured that. The first time I read it I imagined you saying it like a guy who was reading a newspaper instead of paying attention.

Thanks. I guess it's the style I've developed, even my dragons that I've put a lot of work into seem rather... clean I guess... I need to finish the ones I've been working on recently...

I wouldn't do that if I were you... I was making her as a chibi animal form of one of my comics characters, a dragon actually, she's bit prideful and distrusts strangers.

Thanks, I mostly draw wolves and dragons so I've gotten pretty good at them, but everything else like my humans for example are a bit lacking. I'll practice drawing humans and you practice drawing some animals, then we can give each other some advice. ;)

Sure. Why not?  ;D

I wanted to do a human sketch for once, but I'm not entirely sure if I got the anatomy right. (I haven't drawn the arms yet.)

Did some more work on it...

I guess it's a little bit early to be drawing Halloween stuff.
