A few comments of mine,

- I'm personally not too picky on anatomy, it depends who you're trying to draw. If you're trying to draw Songoku from DBZ, yeah you're gonna be drawing muscles. If you're drawing a girl with a smooth body, keep it simple.
- I would say, watch those body proportions. Last drawing, head too big, body very thin. The other one before that was better.
- Naruto, if you're drawing a character that already exist, help yourself with Google Image. The Naruto you have drawn is not wearing what he is usually wearing and the face does not look like the Naruto I know. Im sure you can do better.

Otherwise, I really like the coloring job that you did. Keep drawing, keep practicing.

your coming along pretty nicely i would recommend to take your time when you draw not saying that you dont but i believe that if you would look at them more you might find a mistake and go over it again not saying that you dont.

Nice faces and shading. Perhaps the hips should be larger? They feel a  bit tube like.

Keep drawing
