Well, I can probably work on some stuff. Though I'm traditionally horrible at finding the right music sometimes. Though when in doubt, Suteki Meppou is a good fallback

I like the tune but I don't think it fits the bright outdoor scenes. I'll toss in some songs I already have and you tell me what you think after I upload it. I'll be done the rough product in about an hour. I'll look for sounds and more appropriate backgrounds after that.

UPDATE:

Added some music. Uploaded the files. I have all the dialogue up to scene 7 done. The last one is gonna take longer because I need to find two backgrounds, one for guys and one for girls. Or just one background. Really it's just trying to find a changing room background that's hard.

Have yet to add cued sounds and there are placeholder pictures.

Comments, questions, etc.?

Just took a picture of an actual locker room and blurred+made it glow.

Almost done with the guy locker room scene and then on to the girls'. After that is the mind numbing task of finding sounds and learning a little bit of code.

I'm not uploading it as a video if that's what you mean. If someone else wants to record a demo video for it and upload it to the MR Youtube Channel then it's fine but I'm just uploading what I have so far in the linked Google Drive folder in the first post. To play the game you'll need Ren'Py, the actual software required to create the game which I've also linked in the first post.

UPDATE:

Done with all the dialogue.
Currently looking for photos to either use as placeholders or replace current placeholders.
Looking for corresponding sound effects.
Waiting for feedback on music choice.
Looking for more music.
Need the sprites to complete the game on a more playable level.

Speaking of sprites, it would probably be a good thing if Jack drew a bit more of a torso on them. Having them just to the shoulders makes them take up way too much of the screen, and it give the impression they're like two inches away from the player.

Hm they did look a little odd but I couldn't put my finger on it. And having a larger part of them drawn lets you use that getting closer effect where appropriate.

Well technically those aren't even sprites. I just took the drawings he posted in the topic and cropped them out to use as placeholders. If I didn't there wouldn't be a single character seen in the VN and even though this is just the groundwork I do want some idea on what it's going to look like.

Still waiting to hear from Jack though aren't we? Well anyways tell me what you guys think of it so far. Comments on music, the backgrounds, etc. Tell me if I missed anything, Coryn. I probably forgot about stuff while I was going through my sound effects.

Great. I noticed a few spelling mistakes just now going through it. Also turns out we don't have much. I was sure there was more but I guess that's just because I took so long to code it.

I know I'm missing a sound effect for Fro's "Huwya!" to which I'll look for now but a lot of the sound effects  I'd like to use would be anime types like a character shouting "Oiiii~!" for the "HEEEEYYYY" part or expressions mainly used in anime since their better at conveying mood. I can't find a pack or place for them though and I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaally don't want to have to rip the sounds manually from random episodes.

Some notes from as i go along:

Scene 3, introducing litt. you forgot the word "introducing"

Scene 4, loose the comma in the miser line. MR-tan's default should be the smiling version of the original design. Don't know if that's just from you saving time or not, but I just wanted to make it clear.

Scene 5. Not sure why you changed the line about the ID card getting you in and out. Not that it doesn't make sense now, but saying "out" twice in one sentence makes it redundant. i'd stick with the original version.

Scene 6. The line where the student comments about his confusion about where the school is located should have "in" at the very end.

Scene 6. The line about taking the back left seat is all messed up. Just stick with the original there.

Scene 7. Male's locker room. You have Fro saying "creasion" instead of "creation"

Scene 7. Nah man, you got to keep the "Hast Hast!" at the end there. It's part of the German joke.

Scene 7. Girl's locker room. You have Lewd describing Ecchi as "terrible loose tongued" think you probably want "terribly" Also, right after "losoe" not a word.

Correct the line to "I'll forgive you, but just this once okay?"

Last line there. capitalize "Just"

Yeah, I caught some of those through though I usually play the male so I missed on the girls' locker room errors.

I changed the back seat line to the original but what was so messed up about it?

Didn't know was hast meant so I thought you meant haste so I changed it to a gym teacher thing. Changed it back to Hast.

Currently I'm messing around with the "Henshin!" scene since there isn't much left to do now besides wait for the photos.

Wait there's already a significant update? Talk about striking while the iron is hot! Gotta download. This google drive is very clunky for me though. I never used it before haha... is there an 'update' option or do i have to download the files over and over again?

Will test it out now...

You'll have to redownload the files again. Technically the files update i.e. the script file but I added in songs and other photos which you need the files for so might as well just redownload the whole thing to avoid any errors.

If you have another way of me uploading the files for forum access I'm all ears. It's a little annoying to have to delete and reupload folders every time.
