Haha, I'm looking forward to this, but the blue color for when Coryn is typing hurts my eyes a bit, it pops out as if it were 3D in contrast to the background @_@

One anime that I had a really good time watching dubbed was RahXephon. The voices were excelently done.
RahXephon is kinda like Evangelion, but better in my opinion, if you like mechas and godly beings do check that one out.

Hey, welcome! That art on your avatar looks amazing!
Little tip, when making a post you can click the mona lisa icon in the icon bar and something will appear where you are writing, just place the link yo your picture in there and it will be turned into an image! This i great for showcsing your work, make a topic in the Manga Artists section and show everyone what you do.

Long time no see Lego.
RPG Maker always had the random encounter function, not to mention there is a face system for dialogues (though I don't think it supports .gifs for moving mouths). New animations can be made for attacks VERY easily, and you can create scripts to change right about everything (Battle system, menu styles, add ability to jump and even a crafting system if you want), many of those script can be found on the iternet so I suggest you give it a try (or take a look on youtube). It's called RPG Maker VX Ace and it's a very powerful tool and you are in no way limited by it. Want new enemies to beat? Import a picture. You can import pictures, songs, etc.
P.S. There's also a cool tool already in the engine to make the character sprites, you can then import them and edit them in any way you wish.

I'm pretty sure someone has already asked this, but why don't we use the RPG Maker (Most specifcally RPG Maker VX)? I'm starting to use it just for fun and that made me think of this thread again. Would save everyone so much trouble.
