yea but its hard for me to come up with a detailed design tho. i would hate for my characters to look plain. maybe
i should try googling costume designs myself.

Also quick question Nyosan. are u an artist or writer or both? just curious.

Manga Writer workshop / describing a character
« on: November 12, 2011, 11:23:22 PM »
for some odd reason, whenever i try to describe a character in my head on paper i have had a hard time describing that character. i usually can describe the eyes, hair, body type, and height.( you know like simple things) but when it come to describing stuff like clothes and other things like what type of weapon that character uses (if he or she has one) i just get stuck. sometimes i think its because of the fact that i dont know to much about clothing, and other accessories. so i guess that makes it harder to describe something.  I dont know really but i was just wondering if  you guys ever had a problem like this. :notunderstand:

Manga Writer workshop / Re: ways to get out of writers blocks
« on: October 28, 2011, 12:42:13 PM »
I usually walk around my until i get bored by that time new ideas just flow into my brain. If that doesnt work, i just listen to music and imagine myself doing something that kinda syncs with the music like figthing somebody or running for no reason. I pretty much put myself in random situations in my head and when i do that, i try to find ways to connect  my random situations with the story of my manga. I know its weird but its my best way of getting out of a  writers block. 8)
