Develop Your Story / I need help making my american manga. I have a base story but i still need help.

UPDATE: 1st Chapter of Madness A-sa on page 4 read and enjoy. 
I need help making my american manga. I have a base story and cool ideas but i still need alot of help.?
Basically the story is about 3 realms.
(Light realm, Dark Realm and the Realm of the Living)
The Dark realm is full of.... well you know Demons and ghost etc.. Light realm Angels and other powerful beings and the Realm of the living is filled with Humans of course.
Now the every 5000 years the Dark and the Light Realm Rotates its leader to keep the constant balance of power between the realms. But the the leaders of the Dark realm decided had plans to take control of the other realms. So they decided to create a bein that will give them the power they needs to do so this bein is created to bring nothing but darkness to both of the other realms.
Every time the a new leader comes to the seat he would perform a ritual where he transfers a portion of his power into the creature making it stronger over the years now that the time has come where the beast power has finally come close to the creators powers. But one of the profits of the Light realm sense the on coming danger in the near future. So to prevent this from happening they released and lured the beast
code name A-sa _A.K.A_ (A Shadow Abomination)
to the Realm of the Living and Sealed him inside of a 5 year old boy with 6 seals for 10 Years at age 15 the seal is now weakened. Now the A-sa has been inside the boy for so long that it decided to merge with him which cause frequent freak outs and the boy is able to communicate with it. During that time the Light's also created a similar creature called the Chamber to seal the beast back when the boy goes in his psycho mode. They place the inside another human child a girl the same age. well i could go on and on but i don't want spill out everything.
I started making the manga already so i have samples i already drew 2 pages and now working on the third. i need help with backgrounds, storyline, scripts if your willing to help i would greatly appreciate it.
