Sorry, I didn't see that rule before I posted. I'll make a new thread when later on. Can we delete this thread for now?

Welcome to my art thread!

I've made a few of these before, but never ended up adding very many pictures. I get impatient because I'm not progressing and just stop drawing, only to start again some other time. I'm giving it a new change, hoping to get some help on how to improve in this forum. :) I'm pretty good at drawing from a picture, but when trying to draw from my head it never ends up as good and I get disappointed. I guess it's my lack of creativity that does it...

Here are some samples to show you what I mean:

(How do I make the picture show in the thread?)

Hey everyone. My name is Sara, I'm 21 years old, from Sweden. I can't say I'm a manga freak, I have too many other hobbies that occupy my time. Sometimes I'm in a period though when I decide to become really good at drawing. It could last a week or more, but usually I just give up in the end, focusing on other things. Now is one of those drawing periods though. I don't know how long I will stay at it this time, but I will try to keep my interest lasting longer than before. In the end it's usually my impatience that stops me, but I thought I'd try to find some help with that here ;) I have a little dream about one day completing a manga of my own.

I AM a language freak however. My favourite language and the one I'm determined to learn fluently is Cantonese. For those of you who wonder why, it's just because I really like the language, the way it sounds and its somehow strange logic that often appears smarter than many other languages. Besides from languages I like practising Kung Fu (not that good yet), reading, music and sometimes playing the guitar (also a hobby that comes and goes) to mention a few.

I really like your sense for details and the originality in your pictures. It seems to me that you've really thought about what you want to draw. There's just one thing I couldn't get in your pic.. It's difficult to point out what position her lower body is in, it seems like the legs are in the wrong position or that the character is bent in a strange way. You might want to figure that out ;)
