Hi! I have work on some mangas in the past, and for a whole chapter of 15-20 pages would range $400-600 if you really want quality toned pages.

Here are some samples of my have made in the past. More can be found in my deviantart gallery, link is found in my signature. Thanks!

The designs of your characters are very good, and I think you have an idea on anatomy. I especially like the way you draw their hair. :3

What I would suggest is to lessen the brightness of your colors, I suggest you find a light source hat is apt for the environment your character is in. Using a variety of colors will also help, do not just stick to a particular value of one color.. this sometimes make the coloring a bit bland.. try to use colors from different parts of the color wheel when creating the shadings. Anatomy is another, I think this affects the pose that you choose for your works.. Putting the hands at the back of the character, covering it with light, or hiding it inside the clothes will get boring in the long run... As practice, what I usually do is draw my hands  everyday.. I usually allot a lot of time for it because it's my weakness too, so practicing at least a little daily will help you improve with it. :D hope that helped. Keep on drawing! :D

Thanks pirate-empress XD

Perspective lines? Well, for that last pic it was simply a horizon. Then I placed a vanishing point (at the centre base of the largest structure). And you just take a ruler and dash multiple lines as it.  Next is the buildings, where any rooftop is flatly horizontal, and edges were mainly straightly vertical (Except for those exceptional rounded ridges or curves) After is erasing unnecessary lines and adding detail - which takes up the most time but is also (in my opinion) the most enjoyable part.

That's that picture.
Your drawing compositions are nice. I have a harder time doing poses, so cityscapes are easier in composition for me.

Maybe I'm just lazy.. haha. And the good thing is your work is so clean.. Sometimes when I do bgs traditionally, my works just get messy. haha. :D This just means we both have something to work out and improve on. :D
