You definitely are doing well so far... can't wait to see more (makes me wish I could hire ya lol)
Genuinely appreciate the consideration :)
Though, yeah. Not a for hire artist, no exceptions. Got that well paying day job so I can draw what I want, whenever I want and how I want.
Id like to teach others in maybe like 10-15 years when I'm better and have actual decent knowledge to pass on. That's the real Dream.

I haven't really posted much on here.
I'm quite far from this last post.
I worked on another chapter trying to figure out my art more >Things are slow because I rely on my weekends so much to be free.
and the last few months I properly worked on scene writing and layouts for the first time and am now getting around to starting to ink and finish that lot. It will be interesting as since that was my main focus its actually readable for once. Sorta slowly work on one problem at a time when I can. Hobbyist after all :>
Ill be making massive changes in the way I do things, so sorry all I really have is old work and new stuff I cant post. One from the wips though-
Base lines only, no real line weight yet- its pretty clear I like my blacks from previous work xD so much to do on this.

If you want an artist to do both you'll need to find one with enough talent, with a lot of time and you'll need to be able to pay enough!
You ask for more, it's totally fine if you can compensate more.

I trusted you'd do it when able and I understand the work thing well xD sooo well.
I used to do a lot of trades years ago but gave up due to a large portion of people just using it for free art and not doing their half. I hate commission work and refuse to do it. It's always boring, I have a day job for money and trades give you more freedom.
So you're on my trusted list if I'm ever free to do more :)

2. Good track record of working with others and completing tasks.

I like sketches to be provided myself. Even if they stick figure. Then just someone who can clearly answer questions and say/show what they want.
Payment, different professional artists will have different requirements. Some all upfront, others partial.
Make a job listing and chat to those interested.

I suggest googling "15 Famous Books That Were Initially Rejected" and taking a look at how many formal rejections they went through.
