Well, I'm glad you finally got to posting some of your artwork on the site! But sad to say you are in terrible need of some anatomy lessons. I'm no expert myself, but the go to for this kind of things is probably Loomis, so check him out.

I'd also suggest getting one of those little wooden drawing mannequins. They're not perfect, but they can help give a sense of scale as well as provide poses on the fly.

Pretty hard to make out the pictures, but I agree with the same. Also, get into the habit of drawing from references, even from other anime pictures. Just look and draw and avoid gridlines or tracing and you'll be able to improve
