Hah, I know of this kind of poetry. Never figured I could actually do it though it may be fun to try out once by audio.

For writing i'm inspired by music primarily.  Books, and media i guess in general.

The idea that I could inspire someone the way I get inspired by whatever I'm doing. When I'm writing manga, I draw upon the inspiration I get from other manga. Like the fact that something someone made, that isn't real, gave me an emotional reaction. The fact that I could do that for a reader is the biggest inspiration to me.

For the most part it's been music, other stories, and philosophical musings. But recently I've been very inspired by math. Also, things like rumors, news stories, and other stories to which I see people immediately react in real time have become a big inspiration for me.

I have two things that inspire me. The first one is super simple: Watching Anime. Seeing these ideas come to life in a form of anime, in my mind, is awesome. And going on a journey with an anime is always awesome.

The second is kind of a deep reason. I'm almost always in creative mode. I see things around me and think about how that can be integrated in a story (or form of visual media like TV or film). The thought that in my crazy and possibly psychopathic but limitless imagination rules a world that one could easily ride through puts me in a position where I want others to join me on my little journey through a universe that my imagination can create. It's kind of like gathering up your friend(s) to go on a journey in a fictional universe with you. Kinda like that.

You'd be surprised. I always find myself super inspired to write after Pre-cal. Perhaps it's because the problem-solving skills I use in there help me solve problems in my story.

I call precalculus precalc too...Geo for geometry, bio for biology...nap time for history - jk.

For me it's music sometimes, reading other books, wanting to something better and different.
People inspire. Random strangers at that. I got this one story by staring at a waiter standing off to the side...
