Hopefully back to doing this more regularly now that life seems to be leveling out after a few big events.

And shucks, you guys. It is nice to come back to this thread to see all the words of support and encouragement. Yeah, I'll keep trying this pen stuff, but I have still not come to feel warm and fuzzy about that decision. Probably doesn't help that I need to break the habit of drawing WAY too small. Would probably help to think in terms of a bit larger scale. As it is now, I'm trying to squeeze detail into and the ink just ends up looking a bit muddled.

After a bit more practice, I'd love to start getting into VN character portrait designs again. That's what gets the writing juices flowing more than anything.

Top half: practice with hands that all went a a step further with no particular plan
Bottom half: Straight inking is dumb, part deux

Once again, nice to have you and all the energy you can express in your works. You have plenty of dynamic stuff going on, and that's certainly nice to see. And, oh yeah, hands. I know the feeling. Looks like you're getting the hang of it, though. Only time will tell...
Haha signature go brr.

Yesss Nair is posting again! Dude your hands look promising as heck, and I see you`re working on breaking down things and stuff judging from the fewer amount of expressions, still, the ones that are there are pretty amazing haha. I feel you`d make an epic addition to the Adventure Time cast or something.

Caveman-man looks intense as heck .

Still on the hunt for a job, and taking a stab at this year's NaNoWriMo. In the meantime, here's the only two inktober pieces that are worth showing off.

Nair doing Nano for the win!

I'm ashamed that I don't know who those characters are in the second picture. I definitely know that toon but dammit...

Glad to see you updating this topic again Nair. And the ink is still running strong. Goooood. Gooooood. Let it flow, let it flow.

Props man
