Pen? No, I just use pencil. The picture looks like that cause I sharpen it and expose it more on HP Photosmart Premier program since I scan the pic in with our HP printer.

And sure I can draw a tiger. Do you mean a white tiger? I actually've a project that includes a white tiger, so I might as well start.

David, I highly recommend you use a Pentel Brush Pen, it will take some time to get used to, but it works very well and is a lot of fun to handle  :santa: You can find one at your local art store or you could purchase one online from ebay or any other online art store

Wow, I'm very impressed with the cityscapes you draw! Where do you get all the inspiration from? It looks really good.

Thanks XD.
Inspiration? These are usually mostly out of my head. Style is my own I guess, since I don't look at pictures of buildings to do these. I view it all as geometrical shapes first. Then detail everything after. It always comes out different from what I visualize it though...

Blue Moon Circle city Nwonkhu planned for the setting of the third part (that I've not written yet).
A bit hard on the eyes for all the congestion.

Your drawings are great, I really liked them, specially the cityscapes! I have an unfinished drawing here with a cityscape as a background, but I think I'm still not "ready" to finish it... I guess it's lacking details, because I always focus more on the shapes than on details  :hmm:
But yours are awesome, very detailed! Keep up the good work! ^^

Thanks TiNoSa!
I work them in shapes too at first, then concentrate on detail. Sometimes I think there's not enough detail.

Wow, your cityscape is amazing. I haven't tried my hand at thing like these... I'm too lazy to draw the lines for perspective.. or I'm just plain lazy.  orz

Keep it up!

Thanks pirate-empress XD

Perspective lines? Well, for that last pic it was simply a horizon. Then I placed a vanishing point (at the centre base of the largest structure). And you just take a ruler and dash multiple lines as it.  Next is the buildings, where any rooftop is flatly horizontal, and edges were mainly straightly vertical (Except for those exceptional rounded ridges or curves) After is erasing unnecessary lines and adding detail - which takes up the most time but is also (in my opinion) the most enjoyable part.

That's that picture.
Your drawing compositions are nice. I have a harder time doing poses, so cityscapes are easier in composition for me.

Maybe I'm just lazy.. haha. And the good thing is your work is so clean.. Sometimes when I do bgs traditionally, my works just get messy. haha. :D This just means we both have something to work out and improve on. :D

"Water Gate"

But I showed it to my dad and "Oh that's a fancy stereo system!"

This one you shared is a bit old now, but it is definitively my favorite. It makes me think of Futurama.
