Wii U
« on: December 31, 2012, 12:50:34 AM »
I got me a Wii U for Chirstmas, tried it out and instantly loved it. The internet is much better than the older Wii's, found a anime site that the Wii U can work with it (AnimeOnHand is the site). If anyone else has a Wii U, let's chat about it.

Monster might have one. He's the resident Nintendo Fanboy.

'Course. Weren't there a bunch of problems with it not being able to play games?

Will review stories upon request. My latest arc: http://goo.gl/KYgsfF

I heard the games lag and freeze a lot.. is it true?
I'm planning on getting one, but not now, as no current games grabbed my attention.. ZombiU looked okay but the reviews said it was pretty crappy..
Waiting for Bayonetta 2, thats the one that'll guarantee me a purchase. Or maybe even Kingdom Hearts 3

I have one too and love it as well.  NintendoLand is pretty solid and my brother bought a lot of ports so I just played those XD.  There was a few freezing problems at first, but they were very few in number and Nintendo has patched it.  Since the patch I've had no problems.

No freezing happens for my Wii U. I'm mostly using it to watch anime since I beaten New Super Mario Bros. U and got everything. Waiting for new games like RPG to be on it.

Why are you comparing a 3DS and Wii U?  You can't take a Wii U with you on the go you know.  The Wii U is like the PS3 is to the PS2 or the 360 to the Xbox.  Its Nintendo's next generation home console.
