One eye's a different shape/size than the other. The eyebrows are also uneven.
The shoulders aren't even(his left shoulder is also more correct), the legs don't look like they connect to the torso(fix this by drawing a mannequin/underdrawing/basic anatomy before drawing clothes). The top clothes look like a bit 2D for free-flowing clothes. Gotta add the whole sleeve, especially for his left arm(draw the back of the sleeve, basically).
Gotta add more definition/creases to the pants to make the tufts flowing in the wind more believable. His left shoe also looks too wide, and the top of the left shoe should swoop like the top of the right shoe. Some more tattering on the top, like on the pants, would also be a good idea.
No terrible errors or anything, overall a pretty good drawing
Just gotta work on the creases and wrinkles in the clothes.
