Interview with Yen Press artist Cassandra Jean
« on: June 06, 2012, 04:08:16 AM »
Wasn't sure if this was the right place to put this but I thought it might be of interest to people who want to get published by North American manga publishers. Yen Press is the most active publisher seeking new talent and they recently got Land of Lions manga artist Cassandra Jean to start adapting Beautiful Creatures for them.

I did an email interview with her and shared this on my blog which you can read at the links below.

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4

Hope you guys find this useful!

i read Land of the LIon back in its early stages. its pretty decent series. not exactly manga-material, but it's good on its own merits.

a few issues here and there, i wonder if the published version has fixed them.
