« on: April 01, 2012, 08:50:02 PM »
Here are a few of my OC's. These are a few doodles that i did for practice/to curb my boredom!  :sure:

My OC Haku. I was practicing with diffeent poses.

My OC Makuto.  I was practicing with color pencils and sucked big time!

I was playing around with GIMP 2.6 when i did this drawing. it looks...okay for my first try.

First and second ones are pretty good. The first thing i thought when i looked at the first one was 'naruto'. You have nice line skills.

First off nice drawings!

Okay just 2 things I'd like to say about the last 2 drawings.

1) The colored one (Blue haired guy Haku) His ear is too far down! It should be in line with his eyes. Imagine if he were to put on a pair of glasses. Do you see how funny that would look? Easy fix. Next time draw his ear higher. In line with his eyes. Just use your own face for reference if nobody is around to look at.  ;)

2) I believe that the girl drawing would look a lot more cuter, if her shoulders were not so broad (meaning wide, square). Broad shoulders usually shows masculinity, not femininity. Next time try to not make her shoulders look too wide or maybe it's her head that's kinda too small? hmm, I'm not sure now :hmm: lol

Anyways, keep practicing your art and thanks for sharing!

Haha, seems like a hint Naruto bleeds out in everything you do.   Don't worry about it though, you probably just get a lot of inspiration from the show.  There's nothing wrong with it; your art and stories are still your own.
