Awesome.
That's probably partly the reason my posts are long is because I can type fast enough :P

I've found it better to just info dump whateever I can when I feel like it, otherwise I'm super lazy with my responses. It's what drives me crazy with instant-messaging: A simple 'Hi.' Doesn't cut it for me these days haha.

I'm trying an experiment similar to that 'urban writing' thingie that I posted about earlier.

How would you describe your city with single words?

brutalist, gray, students, pubs, cement, trains, boring, ugly, commercial comes to mind for my current living situation, but without context I'm missing quite a bit.

I suspect I need to mention companies or sports teams or the like to really frame the city though.

Anyways how would you describe your home town with singular words that'd make people immediately think: Ah! I know that place!

Depends. If its my town I would say hedges, quiet, residential, houses, cul-de-sac, families, seniors, pines, lakes, but we're part of a much larger urban center I would describe as flat, stone, historic, port, river, student, wine, rain, aerospace.

Man I can definitely see a sketch of that town in my head. It's definitely wrong technically but just those words help put ideas in my head. Nice.
