Miscellaneous Arts and Sketchbook
« on: May 25, 2010, 07:51:29 AM »
Just felt like showcasing my more stable works.

Photoshop painting. Only used a brush. No filling or filters...

Photoshop Blending experiment. Voila!

3d model with softimage. Used a reference image and toon rendering+shading. (Why do they pronounce it softimaahj?

Flame of thought. Modelled with anim8or...

And finally an old pic i found somewhere somehow in some backup folder somewhere...

Bacardi, anyone?

My friend and I are starting a 3d album based on aliens invading earth. They land on Antarctica as they cannot survive in high temperatures.

I did a few simple t-shirt designs for a local company (sport team logos etc) which paid like 3 dollars a pic. Then I did a few designs for grassroots skateboards, two are in my vector art thread, the bamboo one and the audio levels one, and those made me quite a bit more per pic (15)

Overall not paid very much, but more then I made at my old job making pizzas (damn you minimum wage jobs!)

Hey, you're lucky to even be talking about making money with designs. Here they're tight-fisted. (Or maybe our art was that terrible?)

I wonder if you could show me the t-shirt designs... In you're own time?

btw have you tried www.photoshoptalent.com ? (it has another name now but this link works and redirects accordingly) whether casual or serious, this is a nice art community to hang out. Just saying.
