The super, long-awaited character designs for Beat Limit:

(The rest of the doodles not including them.. are well, unrelated doodles)

Brandon still needs a bit of revision. Well, they both do. But, it'll come together once I do the cover.

I'm sorry I forgot about this for so long, Litt! I'll be truely honest, this project hardly ever crossed my mind.
You're way too nice, you never bug me about it.
I'm going to start up on it again though.
I listened to this amazing song:
http://beemp3.com/download.php?file=1006150&song=The+Predatory+Wasp+Of+The+Pali
(type the code in if nessasary, and click the song name to play. May want to leave it to buffer for a while before listening so it won't pause)
And the song gave me motivation to start working on it again.
The song matches the vibe/lovelyness (? XD) of your story.

Ah, well this is a nice surprise to wake up to! (Woke up late today)

I didn't want to bother you with it because it was the story you wanted, I always had a little ticking in my head counting down the seconds as to when it would start, but when it did was totally up to you and it's fine with me.

This music sure does fit the vibe well, lyrics, maybe not so much, but the tune for sure :D But Beat Limit is so old and it was one of my first real attempts at novel format writing, I feel like it's missing so much. I have time on my hands and I always felt like rewriting it before you did anything with it, but it seems I'm a little late for that. If you're satisfied with it now then I can leave it, but if you feel like it could be better, I'm willing to give it another few gos. ;)

To rewrite it? O:
Wow, well, if you think you can write it better now, I'd actually really that.
You've been writing things in script format though, right?
I think I'd actually like to see you do it in that...
But, really, this is fine. If you want to do it for your own personal satisfaction, go ahead, and I'll wait!
I'd really hate to make you do something you don't want to though. I don't like forcing people.
So, basically: I'd love to see a rewritten and/or refined version, but I can live without it.

The rough pages of the comic are going to take me a while anyways..
I'll be working on the cover and some more drawings of them before anything else.

It's been a while and I think that reworking the story wouldn't be all that simple but it'd turn out better, or so I expect it to.

I recently quit writing in script though, I didn't feel that I was drawn into the story enough in script, it plays out nicely, but I switched to novel format. I've already written a few chapters for another story in novel so I have a little more confidence in it, though either format is fine with me, just say which you'd prefer. :D

I actually wanted to do this for a while now, just been lazy and whatever, I checked the file, it's only about 10,000 words, easy. I can shoot out 1500-2000 in a few hours, so since I actually want to do this, I may finish it by Saturday or Sunday, since I have to work tomorrow and Sunday. I'll try my best with it. :)

Oh, thanks. :]
Holy-- I'm really looking foreward to it! I'm glad this is all back up and running.
I must warn you still though-- my pace will be slow with all the other projects and other stuff I'm commited to. As you said before though, you don't mind. But, just a warning. :P

And for which format I'd prefer.. really, go with whatever you want. I really can't decide. If you're enjoying the novel format better now, then go with that.

Yes! Cliche manga hair! I love it!
Seriously, I love the smooth spiky hair in manga, it looks awesome.
Keep up the good work.

Eep, that's something I don't want to exactly hear.
Is this a bad thing or a good thing to have "cliche" hair? Maybe I should work on making their hair more unique..

No, no, I know Lirne, he lacks vocabulary to describe drawings very well. I think the hair works now, I actually believe it suits the characters best.

I'll probably write in novel because of the story type, there's lack of dialogue so descriptions of the actual environment would play out better. I can wait though, I like to write so I'll probably just be writing some other stories in between my completion and yours.

Haha! Slight insult there. :P I love how you put that. Poor Lirne. ;)

Oh, and thanks again. :] I'm sure it'll be awesomeness.

Thanks both of you.. xD
And yes, I must admit they are kind of.. well.. not amazingly original or anything. Slight alterations will be made, but for the most part, they are staying the same.
They live in such an average, normal world and are normal people, so they wouldn't have outrageous looking hair or anything. So I find it a bit hard to make them still look nice and original without making them crazy looking. :P
