Have you seen a wide-shot picture of that bridge? You can even find Japanese Rockabillies there.

I just love how you can find extreme fashion statements depending on which prefecture you're in. There have also been fashion tragedies... xD

.. i like it cuz it sometimes could look happy
and its different
btw gwen stafani is also known for liking this style



she even sang a song with that name 'harajuku girls"

On my own version of the cute scale I'd give them a -10, my scale goes form -10 to 40.
