Around the 2008 2010 I dappled in Unity engine. Maya3D and Zbrush. I wanted to make 2d sneaking game or a third-person horror game. It's one of my regrets. I should have tried harder and stuck with it.

But yea. I didn't look but I think now technology is much better. Tutorials, online classes, and pre-made assets are widely available for reasonable prices

In short, after the engine, you need code and art assets. Time and money.

Code like some programing language such as C# or java etc.
To rotate look for the rotate icon in whatever program you using. I remember there are shortcuts. Mouse buttons and combinations of alt and ctrl. look it up on google

looking for simplest game engine that can export to many things like APK EXE to PS4 ANDROID AND stuff

something like gdevelop but
with even less UI stuff and more animation graphical thing

think of maya / 3dsmax
but with flash programming to have interactable UI and gdevelop that exports easily

a plus
if you can also make gammes like metal gear solid or dokidoki lit club where the game asks you to do stuff to your desktop/hardware

know any?

Just try and use Unity to make a simple game that works on your own phone/tablet/PC first of all. Most of the issue with making a game is actually learning to code in the first place, regardless of intended platform or game software you are using.

reading books and seeing videos about the matter helps a lot, i recommend you learning how to code, first start with programming logic (is that how its called in english? sorry but it has a simillar name in my country), then you try to learn a coding language, like C++ for example, then you try to learn object oriented programming, a language like java may help you.

But of course, you can also learn everything in one go, the trick is this, first you learn programming logic (variables, structures, for, while... etc), then you start watching those youtube tutorials about how to create a game, using the engine you want.

you wont learn everything from night to day, but you will get a lot of skill, just have patience, the faster method is also an slow method, creating an amazing game can take years, but learning can take just months, the sooner you start studying, the more you will thank yourself later on.
looks like that's it, got to go...

there are a lot of youtube tutorials that run through all the steps of making your first game of different types (plat former, shooter etc), including teaching programming and how to use the software.

I think someone can burn C# or C++ and use basic or fortran instead or ruby with added networking and databasing

Also burn java and python and its crazy ass layout and grammaring

So far i havent found the program i mentioned
Its kinda rare and wpuld be a killer one win all solution
Market killers OP software

Was wondering if anyone had looked into similar thing

Sorry no unity ot unreal

Too heavy specs no budget
Im just trying to start from the basic like 8 bit era softwares
Not unitaur deepfake plastic surgery vfx war elephant triple mmo software game like Wow or GW no tx

The thing is "Godot" is a very good engine, you can export to smartphone, desktop, and if i remember quite well it also has support to other platforms, you can also do a lot of things with it, i am sure that if you just search about the engine you will see a lot of cool stuff who has been made with it.

But remember, an engine is still a tool, it may help you, but it also has its limitations. If the game will became good or bad, became a success or a failure, well it depends on a lot of diferent stuff.

(Also if you want something like doki doki that messes with your files, knowing how to program would help a lot, and i think any engine can do that "probably").

Ah yes godot

What do you call that thing then?
Going into bios and stuff and do things right into the firmware bios things?

Seems borderline programming than gamedev
Not all dev programs do that huh? Nor languages
