Basic Art

I started here on MR 5 years ago with dreams of being a mangaka, made a little team with RobinRyuu (who you'll also see here) and attempted a manga project which as usual for amateurs, fell through  ::). Years went on and my ambition has changed to get into character concept art and illustration, FULL time, I'm currently doing projects here and there but I'm in full-time management for Sony consumer electronics.

(Lol yeah, the guys there think I'm mad for wanting to do art full time instead of management, but you guys understand).

Quite impressive! the way you manage the shadows and colors makes your art feels like a 3d model.

great clothes and body shading, and good lighting in general.
nice simple (?) backgrounds too.
looking forward to seeing more.
and welcome back to MR. Full time ambitions huh? I might have that sort of dream too :P

I love the Sabito! Definitely an underated character.

Glad to see you back! We can all dream of being creative full time, but it's good you have the regular job to back yourself up in the meantime! There's no sense in being a starving artist if you can make progress while also filling your belly!

Nice! I used to love me some dragon age. I got Origins for Christmas completely at random one year and got totally engrossed in it. I really need to play Inquisition at some point.

Man for some reason your images don't load automatically and I have to click on them. Glad I did. Awesome stuff! I like how soft your rendering looks.

Dragon Age I totally missed unfortunately haha.

omggg I wish you continued, Dragon age 2 was epic but few issues with repeat maps, inquisition was fantastic!
if you're a fan of linear RPG's defo check out inquisition one day!

Love the concepts! Origins is one of my favourite games tbh, it's a shame what they did to the Dragon Age series :(

I did play 2 actually! It had some fun ideas, but yeah, that repeated map thing really started wearing on me after a while. I also got turned sour when time would jump forward when I wasn't prepared for it to and I had to miss out on a bunch of side missions.

And I did get Inquisition for free on PS4 a minute back, and it's definitely on the docket. I just got a lot of other games to get through first.
