Game developing...graphic engine to gameplay

Hello im looking to develop a game...basically its graphic engine and the gameplays.

I have assets for placeholders but basically i want to make a game template for my hobby of storytelling and art.

Eventually i d like to...build the graphics up to current standard of gaming but im definitely building it from scratch.

Also need to design it ready play for basically any console. Sort of.

Well. By nature i just want to paint and test assets on something that moves real time because painting like that is fun and feel more alive.

And maybe export it to exes apks and stuff just to experience its playing mode... which is not exactly the main interest of this project. Interactive art you may say.


Please input your ideas and stuff... any help is appreciated!
