Spring rolls and ginger ale, that classic combo!

Oh man I love peanut foods way too much... pad Thai, peanut cookies, peanut butter cups, peanut brittle, PBJ sandwiches... I don’t know how you survive Echo!?

So many choices for food though, I really struggle choosing. Grilled Halloumi... Loaded Nachos... Classic Neapolitan Pizza... I have always wanted to try the big leg of meat that you roast over the spit in the Monster Hunter games...

Lego, don’t kid yourself... you would bring a bottle of vodka... and then not share it!

I love Chinese food so I'd definitely go with something noodles :P
I've been cooking a lot of new Chinese recipes since lockdown too.

Shark meat :o Haven't tried that, unless shark fin soup counts. Y'know what I haven't had in a while? Fish n' Chips!! ><

No1sy lives in a peanut world O: I probably wouldn't survive haha. There's a little murder mystery.
[Echo dies by peanut allergy! Who did it?]
[No one did. Echo just really wanted to try those honey roasted peanuts ;p]
And YES. Monster Hunter meat along with the feast cooked by a palico. Attack boost. Increased stamina.

What new recipes have you learned Suuper?

I've covered all the basics, egg fried rice and egg fried noodles, basic stir fries and spring rolls etc
It's more Japanese than Chinese but my latest success was Chicken Katsu Curry :P

Is anyone doing any November "Challenges" this month? NaNoWriMo or otherwise.

This year I'm trying National Solo Album Month. It's just write and record a solo album in a month. So for me, just make a new album this month. I don't know if I'll make it but doing this sort of things is always a motivator. Even if I don't complete the challenge it gets me doing something atleast. This is basically the same as FAWM (February Album Writing Month). But November is a better time for music making than February I find.

Holy heck Manimal NanoSalmo exists?

I'm going to try and fail Nano this time. I feel like going at it. So sad about not taking advantage of October. We'll see how it goes.

Wait....... someone can't spell...... :glare:

No time to do much writing at the moment for me unfortunately... good luck to all who go for these challenges though!

finally caved and started putting up Christmas decorations today.

I've always been a staunch believer in the not putting them up till December, but then I think this year is as good as any to bend the rules a litte.

Also since last week, I've been the only one on my entire streets with no lights or wreath adorning my home. So as not to inspire a Christmas witih the Kranks type situation, figured it was best to get them up.

How about you guys? Anyone started yet?

Hell, my pumpkin from halloween (uncarved) is still sitting on my porch, lol. I'll get my decorations up within the next week I'm sure. Being in an apartment though it's a bit different from the display side of things. I don't have an outlets on my balcony and I can't put a nail in my door for a wreath or anything.

I'm definitely wrapping up my christmas shopping today though. It's all going to be online anyway. Might as well just hop to it.

Ive never been so behind on my gift shopping. Left it till last minute this year. Mind you moving home and having to buy everything kinda wipes out your savings, so it couldnt be avoided this time around.

On the flip side, Im going to get my tree today. I'm vowing not to make the same mistake as last time and severely underestimate its size compared to my living room!

Problem is, they dont look quite as hefty outside on the tree farm. It's only after you get it through your front door that you realise you've miscalculated.
