Well, to be fair, Coryn...you tend to come up with more original stuff, and I'm over here as the queen of too-many-damn-fanfictions-to-write. Suffice to say the type of media you ingest is probably a little bit like what food you eat: it can really determine how you output. And everyone has different diets that work best for them.

To be honest what Coryn suggested triggered a memory, that last 3 years i peaked in my writing when i traveled for Japan a month ALONE and did a lot of walking around aimlessly.

Now am really busy with work barely going to gym and works also follows me after hours. maybe i can dedicate a day of aimlessly walking each week and see how it goes.  :hmm:

For the most part I gave up reading long ago. I do not want to accidentally end up stealing someone else's devices, lines, etc.
Now this is for reading. As I work in parody you do not get much to ridicule out of books compared to the fire hose of stupid offered by TV/movies. So for an hour of yelling at the stupid on the TV I may be able to get one cliche I can twist horribly. Then I write down the new idea and later will see if i can plug it in.
