It's worth posting if you've drawn it! It's always good to build a sense of continuing work.

Well I'm always a sucker for sharp toothed characters. Is there something behind that? Or is it just a design choice?

i thought she would look cuter if she had a sharp tooth or two of them
but she ended looking like a vampire,
the look i was aiming for(Komachi Hikigaya)from  My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU

You definitely are straddling that line. I would lesson the length nof the teeth, and widen the base. The point can still be sharp, but that way they'll look a lot less like fangs (you'll also notice with the character below, and others like her, that they rarely show more than the one sharp tooth. Adding both in a shot takes people right to vampire. Of course, that means picking and choosing your angles.)

The redo definitely looks a lot cleaner and more controlled. Can't wait to see the finished product.

looks like you have the style for the horns really good, and perfect crazy face :P
What program do you use to draw? (it is digital, right? I can't ever tell)

Well as suuper is discovering, there is value in finishing the works you don't feel are up to snuff. If nothing else it let's you practice that part of the process. And a piece changes continuously. By the time you're done, who knows what your opinion will be!
