Sketch covers

Does anyone else here do sketch cover commissions?  These are a few I've done in the last month or two.

Bruh if that's a sketch I feel ashamed of where I'm at in my art life.

Heh well I guess sketch cover is something of a misnomer.  The Spider-Gwen cover took a long time but the others were pretty quick.  The Spider-Man is a sketch I've done a few times in different variations that I include as a thank you with commissions and books I sell so I can do it in less than an hour now.

This is one I've been working on.  It's for a book that I was commissioned to do, a bit more expensive sketch cover so I have to be perfect with it.  Its an homage to McFarlane's Spider-Man 300 cover but I'm not happy with the way the forward reaching shoulder meets the back so I'm going to have to redraw it a few times before I actually try the cover.  But I figured enough out that I won't bother redoing the whole thing.  I'm very insecure about my coloring skills and I don't think I've ever colored anything that I didn't hate.

wow lots of spiderman-s :P
yeah that last one is a difficult pose. It might help taking a photo of yourself in (a close as you can) a similar pose to get the feel of perspective and body part angles.
I think your colouring and shading is pretty good to be honest though, although mostly everything is just red :P
