I've just noticed that out of 857 posts in July on MR, I've made 150 of them. 17% lol. we are certainly having a slow year T_T

I don't know spring was certainly busy, so was early summer. You just can't keep comparing it to years past as much. There were reasons it was so busy back then, and they weren't all good.

Certainly 2015 was the last time I saw things really going on, or summer 2016. But, we're still here in spite of this so it works out.

Well it comes down to me seeing this place in terms of geological time (apt, I think, for how quickly things change on the internet while relatively little time passes outside of it)

yeah I was quite inactive a few years back but I saw a lot going on when I popped in. Now anime is slowly becoming more mainstream there might be an influx of newer artists being inspired, at some point.

I remember when I first I joined there would be days of no forum activity at all. Even Mortal Combat back then went dry for awhile, and that was THE most active thread on MR at the time. I think.

I said it once, I'mma say it again: This place is way more lively compared to the ghost town MR was back in the day.

Gods, I haven't cried like this in ages. Two years and five months to the day she's been gone. Feels like half a decade--twice as long.

well guess whos back in the emotional cluster*censored* she was around this time a year ago, me!

so we were threatened with eviction again but this time it wasnt the prop manager, it was the tenants, they are planning to do a witch hunt and send in false complaints about the ppl they dont like and guess whos on the list, us.... and might i add, we did nothing to these ppl, good thing the main office is aware of this but i cant stop from worrying to the point of a panic attack, i dont think you can get PTSD from harassment but now im too terrified to step outside

That sucks man. I hate that people can be petty like that. Try not to let these people get to you and weather the storm for now. Be sure to relax and think positive often. I hope things work out in your favor.

Dead season for MR has arrived with the start of school it seems. New semester started last week for me.

It'll be nice at the same time though. Nothing beats seeing the place explode at random times when people who haven't been able to get on much finally find some free time.

yeah it only needs 5+ people who all talk a lot to completely nuke the place with posts :P
I thought lately it was actually a bit more active than a few months before, but I still thought it was quiet anyway :P

edit, that being said out of 499 posts in August atm, I've made 135 of them lol
so I'm one of those talking a lot persons apparently :P
