When someone cheats who is at fault?
« on: October 03, 2017, 03:56:13 PM »

So let's picture this scenario :
There's a man, who loves and respect his couple, he treats her like the most important person and can't never think in cheating. then an absolutely gorgeous woman appears and felt for him, she knows he has a girlfriend but still she tries her best to flirt with him, she tries all methods but doesn't succeed. One day the couple have a huge fight, he was mad so he went for a drink alone, there he casually met his personal gorgeous stalker, they begin to chat and after a couple of drinks everything happens

someone saw them and tell the girlfriend, the guy said it wasn't his fault . So who is at fault? The woman who followed him around or him?

He's still guilty of cheating. His will power may be low, bit it's still no excuse.

The woman is guilty of stalking though, and that is totally a real crime.

Its 100% his fault. There is no excuse for this.
