Dude I'm just seriously loving this guitar gal Damn the shoes! Damn the outfit! She feels so alive! Love the ethereal feel of the line art too. Just blown away at this.

I'm sure Manimal'd have an idea of what she's jamming hehe.

what's amazing to me is that each sketch still looks like the same character. If I tried that it would be completely different every time lol.
natural every day poses are fab. wait I said that last post. whatever, still fab :P
I don't find the first lighting wrong, but the second one does seem more realistic. It really depends on the location of your light and the surrounding objects, which we can't see because it's a closeup.

For the first picture I wasn't really thinking too hard on the lighting, and yeah the close up can make the lighting flexible, I think their point was that it wasn't clear what was lighting the area though so I figured I could make it more clear.
