Well fleshed out story, looking for artist

Hello, I am a writer and amateur artist with a story I've been working on for about five months now.  I've taken it seriously and have spent countless hours working on it, producing scripts for the first arc, detailed character development and associated works to make it easiest for an artist.  I'd hoped to draw it myself, but I've decided that I'm just not at that point and probably never will be, though it pains me to admit that.

I'm in my 30s, well established in my career but my college education focused heavily on creative writing (was actually planning on attending a respected MFA creative writing program before a family issue made that impossible).

I am looking for an artist who will be a collaborator and not merely an employee.  I can pay some, but I am really looking for a partner.  I have done a lot of work getting the story to the point it's at, but I'm not a rigid person, I'm open to taking input from whoever will agree to work with me.

On to the actual story..  I'm hesitant to say too much here, but will gladly give full details to anyone in private.  This is a vampire story targeted at a more mature audience, and sort of looks at the vampires hunger as an addiction of sorts and puts them in the context of the current heroin crisis in America.  Unfortunately that description is not the greatest, and I apologize for writing this out on my phone.

I'll send you more details in a PM this evening when I get out of work.  On the pay question, I'm willing to pay a good artist for their work, but I'll really hoping to find someone who loves the project and wants an ownership stake.  For someone who is invested in the projects success, I'm willing to offer a share of ownership in the title and thus any revenue.  We'd have to work details out, of course, but for the right person I'd consider giving 100% of the first X dollars in revenue to the artist for their show of faith.
