Personally The Infant’s Dream wins it for me. I think I even prefer it to The Light Shines on You AND Jealous Jane! It feels like it could fit right in on a Hungry Lights album, or a Slough Feg album, or even a Haken album! Just a super interesting sounding song! (And much tighter drumming!)
Most of the good stuff has been compiled into an EP here

I’m listening through it now. I’m very partial to the more proggy elements in some of these songs, like the bridge in phantoms of the somme, and Together in the urn sounds super Mars Volta-y! And The Winter Song is very pretty.
Something I’m noticing is that your timing guitar-wise feels much better on the latter 3 tracks. Did you start using a metronome or click track for these? Or was the tempo just more manageable for you to keep consistent? Anyways, a click track is something I always recommend; and it’s something that I felt really helped Manimal compose more cohesive music.
Feel free to let me know if you want to work on something again!
It'd be cool to get however many musicians MR has and do a song together.
I would honestly love to record some more music, but I replaced my old MacBook with an iPad and keyboard case instead
so I currently have no good way of doing so...
I’m currently saving up to upgrade my Roland kit’s on-board computer and replace some of its cymbals and kick-drum pad (it’s pretty beat up after 4 years...), maybe I will look into ways to record again when I do that :)
