This is a character from the D&D campaign I'm running, named Ender Branch. He's a tiefling surgeon with less than ethical practices. I'll admit, I wasn't up to date on MHA when I designed this guy.

whenever I have a story or character idea clash with an existing story, I think of it as proof that I'm on the right track when it comes to writing :P

Really cool! Look up plague doctors, they fit the aesthetic if you need further references.
