awesome!
its great you can draw so many varied characters and get their likeness so recognizable.
I'm wondering though, in almost all of your images you don't shade to the edge of objects, so it gives off a bit of an unusual feel sometimes (typically I expect the edges to be darker and the middle part lighter in the most general sense). is that deliberate or are you still figuring out your shading methods? I ask because I too avoided edges for a while on some of my older pieces because I didn't know how to clean up the mess of blending off of the edges of my character!!

Thank you! Yeah, I'm still figuring out shading. Making the borders darker seems like could make it look better, I will try it out. Thank for the advice!

actually a mood tie is a cool idea, I would totally go for that. great punchline too. it might be better between the panels if there is a little movement, like someone raises his arm or changes their body language so it doesnt look like you just copied and pasted the panel and changed the text, but that might just be me being too serious :P

and nice rendition of the character request. its different from your normal style slightly and although I don't know the character request I think you did a good job! dont forget a shadow (I keep forgetting haha) to ground the character (unless they are flying) for an added bit of realism.

I haven't done art trades in a while. Those're fun.

Haha I need a mood tie in my life. Wait, what do the mood bowties represent?

If you are feeling exceptionally good at work, you can squeeze them and they will choke you and get you back to normal. Work aint supposed to be fun.

Aha. Just yesterday my boss came out of his office to hear us laughing at something. Says to us "Must be Friday, I hear laughing.", To which we say. "Our souls have been diminished from once great shining things into rusty nuggets of filth by the grinding passage of time in white collar America."

And then we all laughed together.

Ooohhhh.... it's been a long week. But really, work doesn't have to be unenjoyable.

Will review stories upon request. My latest arc: http://goo.gl/KYgsfF

I just noticed the :| faces on heir shirts lol

Yeah work can be a funny one at times. I've certainly had my fair share of tears and laughs, although on the whole I try and enjoy it, otherwise you almost are looking for reasons to be upset, and that's no fun at all.

Work that allows you to go on automatic when you're not in the mood is the best, otherwise yeah a bad atmosphere is the worst. It's hard enough without having to deal with that.
