I think Yoruichi and Urahara would be a perfect couple. Cool headed yet powerful. Both former captains and childhood friends.

Well matsumoto and Gin wont work anymore I think.

and Jyuushiro is kinda lonely person. he is very old more than 2000 years I think so maybe Unohana Retsu would be nice to couple with him! lol

i think you got the wrong end of the stick... lol... he's refering to ukitake (by his first name) not old man yama....   unohana has been captain for around the same time as shunsui and ukitake so it could be a good match... lol
