XD YOLO

I know that feeling, but sometimes you just can't invest that much time. I remember drawing chars for some ppl in my mmo guild where I was kinda sloppy too *cough* but for a quickie, it's decent enough :P

This isn't an art thing so much as a very minor writing thing: It feels like with these speech blocks that people are gossiping or talking about Zayn in a casual setting. That said, "It's rumored that he can conjure without even speaking" might sound more natural if you take out the word "even".

As for the paneling work itself, the weight of holding someone over you like that would likely cause the knees to be a little more bent, and the person being lifted would more likely be struggling to get their feet to the ground. The captive using their arm to try to pull away the person who is setting them on fire (I assume) would also seem more like a normal reaction (as opposed to hanging limply).

I don't have any particular resources other than a friend of mine who is a published author and sometimes reviews my drafts. According to her, a good way to go about natural dialogue is to cut down on things like "that" when used in phrases like "The ball that I saw"--as when speaking informally, people will typically say "The ball I saw" instead.

Slowly but surely. Hope to have Ch.1 posted come September 8th, hopefully.. however it'll be quite hard to do. Have to draw more.. work more. Spoopy.

I have to give you credit man. The farthest I've ever gone into actually making a comic has a pagecount that fits on one hand. More power to you.
