Thanks guys!

So last night i finalised the sketch design for Liru Lullaby, the main character in a Manga i'm going to be making. As a result, here's the sketches for her face (I've been trying to figure out how to draw her as fast as possible) Leaning towards the name "Whatever Witches", but it's still all up in the air.

Nah that was in Paint Tool Sai iirc. I'm experimenting with different software to see what feels more natural, fell back in love with Krita this morning :P

Thank you Lego!

When you say see more, what do you mean? Just literally more of the manga, which knowing me will never be complete? :L

here's the sketch of one of the panels that i ended up scrapping if that's what you mean with a bonus of my masterful planning. haha!

How is Krita to work with, as a matter of curiosity?

I tried an early version of it a while back, but I didn't get very far with it - it seemed to lag really badly on my pc.

It runs fine for me personally. sometimes lags with really big brushes, but that's about it.

Hi jamie, this is my first time seeing your topic :P
it looks like you are good at getting your characters to be expressive with face and body language :P

Messing about in photoshop with colour, not great but no where near done, just really a base paint and some light ideas.

I was actually recording this using the inbuilt Win 10 recorder, but its quality was super low :/ At least i know i spent 30 mins :L
