I struggle with this.
Lies
August 2015 lol :P
just because you are good at something doesnt mean its easy :P

love the shading on the clothes, and some nice natural poses too. i think if you used darker shading on the body you might get a bit more depth out of it.

When I look at my old work, I definitely know I'm better than I used to be but it never feels like I have an easier time drawing stuff. I'm kind of glad to hear that I'm not the only one that still struggles from time to time, whenever I see other people draw it always feels like they do it so effortlessly but here I am still straining just to figure out a pose sometimes.

Anyway, keep up the amazing work! Can't wait to see what's next!

keep on working!
its actually rather motivating to know that more artists share the struggle i always had the impression that most artists dont struggle with their drawings.

Recent works are looking good! Like I said before you handle a lot of different things very well, like the creatures and fantasy characters. I always say it but you draw the outfits very well! You always make the girls look doughy and soft. I don't have much to say that's new, other then you are keeping things up very well!

oh, no doubt. I often struggle with pose as well. then when rendering, the first step is always the hardest for me. there are times I can paint faster but most of the time it's still a struggle. I'm more comfortable now with my style but still not easy at all.xD

thank you! will post more soon.:)

agreed. when I look at other artist's masterpieces I tend to think "wow, they must have done that so easily cause they're great artists", but then again who knows. maybe they struggled to achieve the masterpiece as well. kinda like what they say, you can't rush art. so I tend to be more patient these days. it takes longer to finish stuff but at least I feel better about them.:)

Woah, the soft warm glows on the illustration of the sorceress looking leather-clad fire user look fantastic, my man. The only crit I got for you is to remember where your light source(s) are, and to keep them consistent. For example, on the fem!Gilgamesh work, it looks like the light would be coming from behind her, and it shows on her face--but the reflection on the armor suggests that the light is coming from in front of her.

Keep on makin' bank. At this level, you're definitely earning it.
Haha signature go brr.

thank you! and thank you for pointing that out. I did add some lighting reflection there but looking at it now I see it should be more prominent. thanks for the feedback! :)

Merry Christmas, mate! :santa:

The choice of red lighting on Yoruichi is interesting, but I'm glad that it exists. My heart stands with Soi Fon--glory be to the Shihouin name! (And dat ass).
