Just wanted to point out something to everybody:While it's good and all to point people in the right direction when they've let's say made a faulty request post in the writers' or artists board, the best thing to do really is just report the post so that the moderators can deal with it.

It'd be fine if people usually just tried to correct the error by posting a link, but these usually devolve into needless arguments that shouldn't take place in the first place.

Yes, mods aren't always online, but the best to do is just report and let that be dealt with. At the very least if you insist on informing the poster of their mistake use the PM system.

Again: The usual polite pointers like 'post in the welcome board' or 'links aren't allowed because of a limit' are okay. But other than that it's just troublesome.

Whenever this happens again your posts will be deleted.
