the enemy could just rob his chakra or completely take away his chakra network. He would live but just be useless. That is what Heroes did when Peter got to OP. I would prefer that route.

Could you link me to this leak? Can't see anything and read nothing of the sort in the latest naruto news

Peter Petrelli. Still one of my favourite heroes. Damn I wish Heroes landed its ending or got a comic I could stand behind, but even the reboot didn't fulfill what I wanted.

They had a great marketing campaign at least.

Yikes! That's something else now. Will just have to wait and see as to what happens. Shouldn't he genetically be able to have Byakugan though? The implant thing seems really grim. In any case it'd be cool to check it out.

Just hopping in here to say:

1) What the heck?
2) No, Boruto doesn't genetically have Byakugan. The reason? Kishimoto admitted it's because he forgot to give it to him. ::)

What??? I have no words haha.

Also it doesn't count if they still get to meet through edo tensei or dream world stuff. I mean even Kakashi got to meet his father darnit. Death lost all its seriousness in Naruto. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if Zabuza hadn't been such a badass ninja. Even his minions were dangerous. I will never forget the dude who hid in a puddle in an attempt to assassinate someone hahaha. That was just too ninja for its own good.

Just read it and I liked it but I'm not exactly looking forward to what the first few pages entailed.

I just realized this is a monthly manga now.

The recap was a little lame. Once again I will see Boruto act like a douche.

The whole it's my story thing was kind of annoying. No duh. But whatever.

Is anyone going to drop it already?

"If everyone can be a ninja... No one will be" right? Right?

I bet ten ten is pissed. All her life's training is basically now been replaced.

Yikes, seeing what the first pages implied does make it hit harder now. Poor Seventh.

I wish they didn't start from what the movie showed though, just personally haha because I want to see what happens further than the ninja tool thing. I suppose the movie was a test concept of what really does happen in Boruto.

It took a while to get used to the way Sasuke and Hinata look, but fine by me I guess.

Monthly manga are painful indeed to read. 12 chapters per year... If you're lucky.

At about 60 pages isn't that fair? I assume it'll likely drop to 30 or 40 after a month or two but I like monthly mangas more because the pacing always feels better.

Though I can't say I'm super hyped for this series I plan to read it just like I did Naruto.

I didn't watch the movie, mostly cause most of the other movies aren't canon so I didn't get into the habit.

Anyone else thinking the ninjutsu apparatus is a bit uninspired?

I'd sort of expect conventional weapons to be the thing to take ninjas out of business yeah haha.

I don't know though, I find it okay. My main gripe is that Boruto says he's not Naruto, but his world is revolving around him. Need to see some different personality traits for him somehow.

That being said watching the movie I enjoyed some bits here and there. I'll be reading this too, against my earlier statements.
