Hey Robin, good to see you've kept busy too! I love the bird lady, especially the sleeves, and your creatures are flawless. I think you were just starting digital stuff last time we spoke? Or was it someone else <.< Anyway, looking neat! What project is it you are working on?

Oh, there's a Trollhunter fanbase? Interesting! And you always have a knack for drawing non-human characters. I want to be able to do that at a point. Nice one Robin

non-humans are almost totally out of my range of things I can do, or want to do.
looks good so far. funny how the whole sketch looks OK and neat except the hand which is just a swirl of circle-y mess. totally reminds me of my sketches haha

I can't remember myself ^^;. And they're for an rp-ish thing I'm setting up.

Haha, it just takes a bit of practice.

Hands are the bane of my continued existence. ^^; I think they turned out alright in the final product though.

Cool Troll!!

I think I've been picking at this off and on for a year. Good to finally get it finished. Anyways, this is my sona.

School starts back up next week. I'm gonna try getting two other overdue projects out of the way before then. Going to take tomorrow off to rest my hand as I've been overdoing it lately though.

Trying to not let human art scare me away haha. Anyways, here's a wip of Thomas Grey, protagonist of one of my stories.

List of identified issues:
Lack of hairline
Cloak lines too thick
Hood should go behind shoulder
Needs actual wrinkles/folds in cloak
Needs fleshy under chin bit

Thomas

Going to do one of these for each of the main cast of Grey and link them together as a banner. Jasper's up next.

That dragon is awesome Robin. I'd give up trying to make anything interesting with such a uniform colour tone that isn't exactly vibrant. I really like how you broke that all down. It turned out great!

Thanks guys ^^.

Been motivated to do "human" art the past few days as well as work on Grey so I've been diving into concept art and such.

Jasper

Hexus (Aka that guy that refuses to wear shirts.)

Damn raised arm took me hours to figure out how the muscles would work...

yeah new poses and tricky shots can be a pain. looks like you got the muscles pretty good. Taking a photo of yourself in difficult shots usually can help in working out foreshortening and muscle placement, even if you're drawing a different gender/body type.

both look great. The first one I like because it's like a character sheet and all the bits are separate :)

@Suuper-san Thanks. ^^ And yeah the photo thing came in handy for this one actually. Had to to get the hand to be somewhat decent.

They'll all have ref sheets with important info and items. I'm making progress but it's spread between like 9 images if you don't count the little items.

Hexus and Morgan (Yes, I'm impatient.)

Tapas Banner Mock Up. (I honestly don't know what the Stray's leader looks like yet. The guy in the middle.)
