Wow that looks good Robin! I so rarely see you do characters at all. I like her outfit and colouring. It just works and isn't over the top. Also dragon ladies for the win.

lovely pieces. I think it's great how you can get that personality captured in the eyes of animals.
also nice last one, the face is so peaceful looking. can't wait to see it finished. curious how you start colouring before finishing inking. that's something I've never tried, does it help?

Haha, thanks. Drawing these animal eyes was basically the same as drawing human eyes, just with a little more attention to the basic form of the eye.

For the color... It's an old habit of mine. Sometimes I get tired of working on lines so I switch to color for a bit. It does have the practical use of helping me spot issues (proportion errors, missed lines, line darkness) in the line-work too though. But really it's down to preference.

Wow, your last post has elegant artwork. I like all the attention to the accents in this. You are doing a great job.

looks great!
I think the image feels unnaturally cropped though, especially with the hand half out of the shot. otherwise very nicely done, great clothes and hair a feathers. perhaps he would have looked a bit better with some more muscle on the arms. the yellow on the belt area would look awesome if it was glowing though :P
will you add any shade to it ,or that's the finished piece?

Your fur and scale textures are so nice, aaaaaaah. The transparent model was excellent, too. Super crisp.

Interesting to see some humans popping up too. Your softer style certainly adds something I don't see a lot of. I know from experience that drawing humans after drawing anthro characters for so long can throw a few things off, so if things look a little wonky for now, don't let it bother you. It gets better the more you keep drawing a fair mix of people and animals.

Thank you every body! (Also sorry for the delayed response school's been stressing me out.)

@+Plus
Looking forward to seeing your art when you post it. ^^

@Suupertramp
I think most of the issues come from that I was working with a client's character. They picked a flat colored halfbody. I could have picked a different pose to include the hand, but I was short on ideas.

@Mahlua
Transparent models? Yeah, it's been interesting to be drawing both, but I've been drawing a ton more than I used to so I'm learning.

ahhhh well half body shot would end up cutting the hand off half the time, so it can't be helped.
