Love: A curse~

A hopeless high school drop out, a struggling manga artist and completely invisible to the opposite sex. these are only a few ways of describing Arata Himura, but during a harvest festival, he buys a love charm said to "guarantee that your true love will be found!". After an unsuccessful day of wooing women, he attempts to return the charm to no avail. The store in which he bought it from seems to have vanished with no one who seems to remember anything about the store or the person who ran it. In a bitter rage, Arata tears the charm apart, from the torn charm bag comes a cherub~, an angle of love that gives Arata the curse of being irresistible to all women. Now he needs to find a way to break the curse of love bestowed upon him.

Writers note: ill be honest, writing this is not type priority to me, especially due to current events the idea of a romantic anything is kind of fair off in my mind. Ill get around to writing this after i finish a few chapters in my current works. if you like the idea its pretty much up for grabs at the moment.

just by the concept seems...a little too good to be true.

first off, we have highschool drop out...which seems to lean toward seinen not shonen.

its a moderate idea, but i believe the main character seems to be a little too unrelatable. does he need to be a high school drop out?

just saying he does, doesn't sound reassuring, and i know what you could be thinking "i dont have to prove anything to you?" but if you are thinking that, then be sure that if you dont prove anything, no one will trust your word.

Well Its certainly an interesting idea, I could see multiple Scenarios that could stem from this and the comedy that could ensue from them. I know you said he is a dropout, but would he attend school occasionally?  I ask because I imagine most of his encounters with females taking place at school. Unless he has a job instead, just so he has Some girls who are familiar to him already.

I dont mind it being a high school student personally, but id perhaps not make him a drop out, more of a slacker I suppose.

Anyway, I guess I'll wait for a chapter to see what the genre would be and to get a feel for the story. But again, I like the concept.

Oh man....this should turn into an interesting story if you decide to write it. Interesting concept too, I do have a question though. Will this turn into a harem type deal or what?

There isn't much fluff to it, but it could be an interesting challenge to turn it into something. Romance is out of my element though.
